Plans and pricing

Start free. Scale when your volume does.

Every account starts on a 14-day free trial with the whole platform. Plans differ by API volume and the grace period on renewal, so you only pay for the throughput you need.

FAQ

Questions about plans

What does my plan control?
Your plan sets how many API requests your account can make each minute, and whether the API accepts requests at all once the plan expires. It does not limit what you can do in the app.
How is the rate limit counted?
Per account: all of an account's API tokens, Sandbox and Live, share it, and each sub-account has its own. Every response carries X-RateLimit headers so you can monitor usage.
What happens when a plan expires?
Paid plans have a grace period after the expiry date before API access is restricted. The Trial has no grace period. You can always sign in and use the app.
Do sub-accounts need their own plan?
No. Sub-accounts use the plan of the account they were created under, including its expiry date.
How do I choose or change a plan?
Get in touch through the contact form or email support, and we will set your account up on the right plan.
