Supplier routing middleware
One integration.
Every supplier.
Divergent sits between your business and your suppliers. Your systems send each order once; Divergent routes every item to the lowest-cost supplier and fails over automatically when one lets you down.

The problem
Buying from several suppliers builds complexity quietly
Each supplier has its own integration and quirks. Prices for the same product differ. Outages fail orders, someone reroutes them by hand, and small losses in margin go unnoticed.
1
integration to maintain
Connect your ordering systems to Divergent once. Adding or swapping a supplier never touches your code again.
0
manual reroutes
When a supplier times out, errors or runs out of stock, Divergent retries and fails over to the next one on its own.
100%
of attempts recorded
Every attempt, failover and saving is stored against the transaction, so you can see what happened to every item.
Price optimisation
The best value on every order, automatically
Give each supplier a default cost and discount, as a fixed amount or a percentage, and override them for individual products. For every item, Divergent works out the effective cost through each supplier and tries the one with the biggest saving first.
- The saving on each item is recorded as its processing cost saving.
- Price each product in its own currency.
- Prefer traditional priority routing instead? Order your suppliers and Divergent follows it.

No one touched this order. Divergent retried, failed over and recorded every step.
Automated failover
Supplier outages stop being your problem
Choose up to five suppliers for each product in priority order. If an attempt fails, Divergent retries the same supplier up to the number of attempts its driver allows, then moves on to the next. No operational firefighting.

How it works
Live in three steps
- 1
Add your suppliers
Create an integration for each supplier with its credentials, default cost and discount. Try the simulated driver first if you like.
- 2
Build your catalogue
Add your products with their SKUs and prices, then choose which suppliers can fulfil each one and in which order.
- 3
Send orders through one API
Your systems post each order once. Divergent routes every item, recovers failures and tells you what happened.
