Platform
Everything Divergent does, in one place
Lowest-cost routing, automated failover, a product catalogue, Sandbox and Live environments, dashboards and a developer-first API. Here is what the platform does, feature by feature.
How it fits in
Your business, Divergent, then your suppliers
Your systems send orders to Divergent through its API. In the app, you add your suppliers as integrations and your catalogue as products. Divergent then routes each order to the right supplier.
- Routed
- Cheapest, tried first
- Failover
- Next on failure
- Standby
- Standby
- Set a default cost and discount for each supplier integration, as a fixed amount or a percentage.
- Override the cost and discount for individual products.
- For every item, Divergent works out the effective cost through each integration and tries the biggest saving first.
- The saving made on each item is recorded as its processing cost saving.
- Price each product in its own currency.
- Choose up to five integrations for each product, in priority order.
- Failed attempts are retried up to the number of attempts the driver allows, then move to the next integration.
- Orders are rerouted automatically, with no manual intervention.
- Every attempt is recorded, so you can see exactly what happened to each item.
- Manage products with their names, SKUs, descriptions and types.
- Set each product's currency, price range and tax rate.
- Choose which integrations fulfil each product, and in which order.
- Record custom metadata such as a Business Central ID, a Salesforce ID or an internal reference.
- Read your catalogue through the API to keep your other systems up to date.
- Total revenue, with a chart comparing it to the previous period.
- Retry value: revenue recovered through retries and failover.
- The value of failed transactions, your top five integrations and products, and your latest transactions.
- 24-hour, 7-day and 28-day views.
- Full processing details for every transaction: each attempt, the integration used, costs, savings and an activity timeline.
- Separate Sandbox and Live environments in every account.
- Simulated drivers for testing routing and failover without involving your suppliers.
- Copy an integration to the other environment with one click.
- Separate API tokens and webhooks for each environment.
- Create sub-accounts under your account for entities, regions, brands or clients.
- Each sub-account has its own team, integrations, products, transactions, API tokens and webhooks.
- Sub-accounts share their parent account's plan.
- Switch between accounts from the account switcher.
- Invite colleagues by email. People without a Divergent login are invited to create one.
- See who has accepted their invite, and resend invites.
- Remove people who no longer need access.
- Supplier credentials are encrypted at rest; passwords and keys are masked whenever they are displayed.
- Webhook secrets are encrypted and never shown in full.
- API tokens are shown only once, can be given an expiry date and can be deleted at any time.
- Tokens belong to the account rather than a person and only work in their own environment.
- Sensitive values are masked before API requests are logged, and requests are rate limited according to your plan.
